This weeks skills of the week below which we will be looking at on Monday 16/03/15 as I am at a coaching continuous professional development event on Monday 9//03/15 I will post up again our skills from the first skill of the week right through to this weeks one , also below is a little warm up I do regularly before games or at training its a possession/control/passing / awareness/ drill a Blakey Fav !!!Stating the obvious if we have the ball they cant hurt us so this drill you have to be aware of the players around you and if you haven't got the ball you have to get yourself in a position to receive and from level one you can adapt the drill for more players using the STEP process
SPACE (SIZE OF AREA )
TASK (DRILL)
EQUIPMENT
PLAYERS (HOW MANY PLAYERS )
so this drill can be used from u/5,s to England players simply by putting a touch restraint on players in the middle or on the outside
