Let them play

Kids just want to play with there mates, so they do. No permanent positions we rotate so the kids learn all aspects of the game. Training is based around small sided games, mostly 3vs 3, more touches of the ball , more decision making and even when defending there's a goal to shoot into because that's what they come to training to do . Our mid- week training is Futsal we have recently opened our training sessions to other players and formed FUTSAL CLUB RODING open to 6/7/8/9/10 year olds @ RODING VALLEY SCHOOL on a Monday and Tuesday . We do look at results but its not the be all and end all. Our overall aim is to give the kids a better understanding of the game.
